Pressure is an inevitable feeling that a person might experience, but does not know how the proper way to deal with it.
There are numerous factors that might lead to an increasing pressure feeling such as:
- Time limitation.
- Inconvenience of environment.
- Accumulation of tasks.
- Lack of rest.
- Imbalance of nutrition.
- etc..
The first important thing to do when dealing with stress is definitely trying to identify the main factor of this feeling. It is a commun fact that identifying the problem puts you halfway towards the solution. The second step is the fragmentation of the cause's components. This is an important step because it allows you to have a clear image of the problem. Hence you will have a clear idea of what kind of stress cause are you dealing with. Third, its is very important to have a work plan, this depends on the kind of stress you are dealing with, for instance if your stress is resulting of a factor such as the accumulation of tasks, it is very effective to base your plan on these three concepts:
- What is urgent.
- What is necessary.
- What is important.
The priority is given to the tasks following this order.
Fourth, you have to be consistent, having done all of these previous steps in not sufficient, you have to be consistent as well in terms of adopting this perspective when dealing with pressure, as well as remaining calm and focussed during this process. A person would say that he can't remain calm while being under pressure, and the answer to this is to think about the solution more about thinking about the problem.
